Qualified contractors must have proven experience managing at least 600 acres of landscape simultaneously within the past 5 years and have specific expertise in areas like tree care, invasive plant management, integrated pest management, and maintenance of complex plantings. The contract is designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS category 561730 (Grounds Maintenance), meaning only small business concerns will be considered for award. The contract will be structured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and GSAM guidelines, with contractors expected to perform additional services as directed by the GSA Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
