About this opportunity

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) anticipates issuing a solicitation for one ballistic door assembly (NSN 1H-9999-LLCYA7578, TDP VER 001, REF NR 124-4322608 ASSY 94 CVN-68,69) with a response deadline of July 27, 2026. This procurement is set aside 100 percent for small business concerns; the specific small-business subcategory (HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned, Women-Owned, or Historically Black College or University and Minority Institution) will be designated in the final solicitation through inclusion of the appropriate FAR or DFARS clause.

The Government holds rights to the technical data package, which is complete with no restrictions on engineering, tooling, or manufacturing. This data completeness supports full and open competition among small business bidders. The PSC code is 9999 (Miscellaneous Items). Interested parties may obtain Military and Federal Specifications, Standards, Qualified Products Lists, and related documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DAPS) in Philadelphia or via ASSIST-Online at http://quicksearch.dla.mil/; patterns, drawings, and deviation lists are not stocked at DODSSP and must be sourced separately.
