Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for the Dolores River Projects, located in Dolores County, app. 6 miles NE of Dove Creek, Colorado. The three sites are Mountain Sheep Point, Box Elder and Dolores Point Overlook



The Work consists of the following:

Furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to upgrade three existing recreation sites. The work includes grading/shaping, aggregate surfacing, demolition of four existing wood framed toilets, three new precast concrete toilets, wire fencing, new trails, tree trimming, boulder placement and removal/replacement of tables, grills and wheel stops.

Project will be constructed under a single contract. A bond or irrevocable letter of credit will be required if awarded the contract.

The solicitation shall be set aside for HUBZone.

NAICS code is 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction); size standard is $33.5 million. Estimated period of performance is 100 calendar days. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000.

The site tour will be August 10, 2012 and the work will begin September 2012.
