About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command anticipates procuring an assembly (dog assy, NSN 1H-9999-LLCYA7190) with a response deadline of May 26, 2026, under a total small business set-aside. The procurement is 100 percent reserved for small business concerns under FAR clause 52.219-6. The specific small business set-aside type—HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned, Women-Owned, or Historically Black College or University and Minority Institution—will be designated in the formal solicitation. The Government retains full rights to the technical data package (TDP VER 002, REF NR 124-4322642 PC 14), which is complete with no restrictions on technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing. Quantity is five units with delivery FOB origin. The Government notes that the adequacy of the technical data package supports candidates for full and open competition. Specification documents and Qualified Products Lists are available through the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, or through ASSIST-Online at http://quicksearch.dla.mil/. Patterns, drawings, deviation lists, and purchase descriptions are not stocked at DODSSP.
