The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking a firm to constructf a new 25,000 square foot mixed-use facility consisting of an interpretive center with exhibit hall, classrooms, and auditorium for public use; administrative offices, meeting rooms, laboratory, locker rooms and showers, maintenance garage, and document storage area for Department of Energy (DOE) staff; and earthwork, landscaping and irrigation, storm water, and parking associated with the new facility. All work shall be completed in coordination with other ongoing Federal projects onsite and without disruptions to site operations. Particular efforts will be required to coordinate with contractor responsible for installation of exhibits during building construction.

Solicitation Number: W912P9-19-R-0022 is a Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. This solicitation is Unrestricted. The NAICS code for the work is 236220. The SBA size standard is $36.5 Million. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Postal service copies are required. Electronic copies are not permitted. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 13 December 2018. This solicitation package will be posted on FedBizOpps, which can be accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov/. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation or the Interested Vendors List (IVL). Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package or the IVL list will not be honored. Potential bidders MUST register at www.fedbizopps.gov/, in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. The IVL will be activated and may be accessed and printed from this website.
