About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) through its Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization Pacific (DITCO-PAC) is seeking small businesses to provide Information Technology and Telecommunications supplies and equipment to support warfighters in the Indo-Pacific region. The procurement covers a wide range of products including computers, servers, routers, telephones, storage devices, software licenses, and maintenance renewals that will be delivered through Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). Interested businesses must demonstrate capabilities in overseas shipping, customer responsiveness across multiple time zones, and authorized product reseller status for the required equipment categories. The government is targeting small businesses that currently do business with DITCO-PAC and have a history of awarded contracts meeting FAR 13.303-2(b)(2) requirements, though they will also consider new vendors capable of supporting Indo-Pacific customers. Small businesses must submit a four-page capabilities statement by October 21, 2025, addressing specific requirements for delivering IT and TELECOM equipment across Asia-Pacific locations.

This opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, specifically targeting Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, and Woman-Owned Small Businesses. Current contract incumbents identified include GC Assoc, LLC and ModTech Solutions, LLC, among other small businesses that have previously supported this requirement. The anticipated contract duration is five years and operates under NAICS code 334112 (Computer Storage Device Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The procurement focuses exclusively on material and equipment deliveries with minor installations, explicitly excluding service-based work from the BPA structure. The government's objective is to expand the small business base while enhancing support capabilities for DoD customers throughout the Indo-Pacific theater of operations.
