Added: Sep 01, 2010 2:18 am (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Anticipated award date is 20 September 2010.



(ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number N6847010RQPP008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).



(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38 dated 19 March 2010.



(iv) NAICS Code for this requirement is 923140.



(v) The U.S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan intends to procure Disability Compensation and Pension Benefit Examinations. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. The deadline for questions pertaining to this requirement is 09 September 2010, 11:00 JST.
