About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) J6 Pentagon issued a sole-source justification notice for a Software Asset Management (SWAM) bridge contract extension to provide critical software license management and support services. TM3 Solutions, Inc., an 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, was awarded contract HC102825C0003 on November 13, 2025, to manage software licenses across approximately 1,300 different software manufacturers and 2,500 software products for DISA J6 and its stakeholders, including the Office of the Secretary of Defense and Joint Staff. The sole-source award was justified due to delays in the follow-on competitive acquisition, now projected for award by June 2027, caused by accelerated network migration requirements, complex software portfolio analysis, and staffing challenges. The bridge contract extends services for an additional 12 months from November 14, 2025, through November 13, 2026, ensuring continuity of critical software technical support, renewals, licensing, and manufacturer access to government-required fixes, patches, and updates. While the specific dollar amount was redacted from public documentation, the modification increases the total estimated contract value to maintain uninterrupted support during the extended acquisition planning period.
