About this opportunity

The Maryland Air National Guard requires comprehensive roof and deck repair services through replacement for their Dining and Social Club facility. The scope of work includes overlaying the existing modified bitumen roofing system with a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing system, retrofitting metal seam roofing, and replacing roof deck panels, vents, flashing, coping, and gutters while installing new insulation and cover boards. Additionally, the project requires demolishing the existing wooden deck and replacing it with a new patio area, with contractors responsible for providing all tools, materials, equipment, and labor while ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and security regulations. The government will evaluate proposals based on best value criteria, with alternative solutions for the patio replacement encouraged in addition to compliant proposals.
