The contract contemplates a one-year base period with one option year, with services to be performed during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The service specifications include Business Internet Advanced with download speeds up to 800 Mbps, a SecurityEdge Package with associated security services, and support infrastructure for approximately six computers in the Resource Room and waiting area. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the RFI materials; however, prospective contractors are required to provide an estimated price for the work as part of their response.
