The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District (MVP) has a requirement entitled the Devils Lake 17th Street Ponding project to remedy drainage problems in Devils Lake, ND (Ramsey County).
This project is located in the City of Devils Lake, North Dakota, just south of Hwy 2. The work consists of excavating approximately 2 feet in the existing 17th Street Ponding area for a total of 26 acre-feet of excavation. The excavated material will be disposed of on nearby City property. The site is to be topsoiled and seeded following excavation.
A small lift station is required which consists of an approximately 15' manhole, two 1,250 gallon per minute electric pumps, and a discharge line across the 17th Street levee/roadway.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 237990; Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a small business size standard of $39.5M.
The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000; the contract will require 100% performance and payment bonds.
This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns.
