The contract will support seven active ships, including USS Philippine Sea, USS Princeton, and USS Normandy, with work involving both 1G and 2G ISC LAN configurations. Contractors must establish a secure development and test facility, maintain Authority to Operate, and follow NSWCPD Systems Engineering Process based on CMMI Level 3 standards.
