Notice text
The purpose of this solicitation is to provide for the destruction and disposal of Temporary Housing Units (THUs) on an as-needed basis, as determined by FEMA. The temporary housing units that FEMA requires to have destroyed and disposed are units that were exposed to contaminants of, or remnants of, methamphetamine, or methamphetamine production. These units have been released by law enforcement. Units may contain personal property abandoned with unit (e.g., clothing, kitchen items, personal items, food, etc.). FEMA requires that these units and contents be cleared of all hazardous debris, broken down, destroyed, and disposed.
