About this opportunity
The Department of the Army National Guard is seeking commercial dental services for the Delaware National Guard through a firm-fixed price contract. The contract will require the provision of mobile dental examination, radiography, and restorative treatment services over a two-day period in August 2024. The contractor must have qualified staff with Delaware dental licenses, ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance, and have the capability to perform data entry into the DENCLASS system. Proposals will be evaluated based on past performance (40%), technical quality (30%), and price (30%), with technical and past performance being more important than price. All questions must be submitted by email, with responses posted as solicitation amendments.
The procurement is set aside for small businesses. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting an offer. The anticipated number of Soldiers to be served is 85 per day. The contract will be awarded as a single firm-fixed price order, and the government reserves the right to award on a multiple or all-or-none basis. Offers are due by 10:00 AM local time on July 19, 2024.
