The Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Delta Code Software Development (DCSD) to provide the software engineering support required to: continue to develop and deliver quality software applications in the Concorde framework, and provide operations and maintenance support to existing Concorde and non-Concorde applications. This RFP is set aside for 8(a). The contract will be awarded on an 8(a) competitive basis pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. Basis for award is best value.
All questions in response to this RFP may be submitted electronically to Amanda.J.Marsh@usdoj.gov. Deadline for questions is 4:00PM EST on April 23, 2019. Responses to questions received will be posted as an amendment to the RFP.
