The Defence Contract Management Agency (DCMA) intends to issue an RFQ in August 2023 for its requirement of a contractor to provide conference facilities or venue and support services to the DCMA within a 50 mile radius from Dulles International Airport (IAD). The venue will include meeting rooms, associated audiovisual equipment/supplies, associated miscellaneous services such as WiFi, and refreshments, and sleeping accommodations for participants from approximately September 18, 2023 to September 22, 2023 for a training seminar, as outlined in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement.

DCMA intends to set aside this requirement as a 100% small business set aside and award a firm fixed price purchase. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation methodology will be used to make an award.
