About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District intends to issue a solicitation seeking proposals for multiple award task order contracts to provide design-build and design-bid-build construction services in Poland. Services will include vertical construction, force protection, horizontal construction, and incidental work supporting defense operations. The agency aims to award five firm-fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contracts with a total shared capacity of $49.95 million for a one-year base period and four one-year options. Task orders are expected to range from $250,000 to $7 million. Proposals will be evaluated using best value tradeoff of technical factors and price, with proposals due May 5, 2019 and contract awards planned for August 2019.

This unrestricted acquisition uses NAICS code 236220 and waives small business set-aside requirements given its overseas location in Poland. Contractors will be evaluated and selected using a two-phase design-build process. Individual contracts have a maximum value of $49.95 million each. Task orders will range from $250,000 to $7 million to support new construction, repair, and maintenance of facilities over a five-year ordering period.
