About this opportunity
The Indian Health Service, Bemidji Area, Cass Lake Indian Health Service Hospital Unit, intends to award a sole-source procurement to DataRay Inc for an upgrade of the existing DataRay Labeling System/Printer Server Equipment from D3 to D4 Model, with a capability-statement submission deadline of September 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT.

The D4 devices will provide DataRay with direct network access via VPN to perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshoot networking problems, monitor printer status, and maintain system integrity while protecting Protected Health Information under the executed HIPAA Business Associates Agreement.
Place of performance is Cass Lake Indian Health Service Hospital Unit. Delivery is scheduled for 30 days after receipt of award. Work falls under NAICS 334111 (Electronic Computer Manufacturing) and PSC 7B22 (IT and Telecom – Compute: Servers).
Any source other than DataRay Inc may submit a capability statement by the September 3 deadline to dana.monroe@hhs.gov. The Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt or provide feedback to respondents.
