Quotes must be submitted by September 19, 2025, at 2:00 PM electronically, and all offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the response deadline.

The period of performance spans from September 29, 2025, to December 5, 2025, representing an 8-week contract duration, with deliverable geo-referenced LAS files required within two weeks of data collection completion. The work will be performed at the Vicksburg Municipal Airport in Vicksburg, Mississippi, under the technical direction of Ernest S. Berney, with the contractor required to provide all personnel, equipment, and services including travel to the location with the LiDAR sensor and UAS equipment.
