About this opportunity

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), a civilian agency under the Department of Health and Human Services, has published a Special Notice for a data collection survey focused on tracking the changing motivations and contextual factors associated with the use of psychedelics and hallucinogens.

The purpose of this effort is to administer a nationally representative survey, continue survey refinement, and assess the effects of psychedelics on mental health. SAMHSA intends to negotiate and award a 12-month purchase order to RADARS/Rocky Mountain Poison & Drug Safety, the sole source identified through market research as having the necessary capabilities. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this notice by providing pricing, delivery, discount, and small business information by August 6, 2024.
