Amendment as follows:

Can you provide the names of your current contract vendor and a summary of their current prices for the items you will be purchasing under this procurement? Sorry I cannot provide previous pricing. Of course the information is always available FOIA request in writing.

Would you also consider setting this procurement aside for Small Business?Due to the non-manufacturer rule and this procurement class not being on the waiver list I cannot do a small business set-aside

Will payment be made via EFT or via Gov't issued Credit Card? Invoicing will be done through WAWF thus making a direct deposit EFT.

Since we are current in the SAM listing, must we submit the completed copy of FAR 52.212-3? No you do not have to submit a separate copy of the stated provision.

What are the estimated yearly quantities of the 6 items which are included in this bid? What will the frequency of the deliveries be?Delivery is twice a week between April and October (We prefer Monday and Thursday). The main product is milk. At the busiest peak (May through October), I have ordered as much as 20,000 cartons of milk for a three to four day period. During the winter months it could be as low as only 500 cartons. The sour cream and cottage cheese are only on 3-4 menus so the frequency of ordering would be a lot lower, but will be a high volume when it is required.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
