The specific lease value is not disclosed in the available documentation, though the full-service nature of the lease indicates comprehensive operational support costs will be included in pricing proposals. The place of performance is specified as Alpine, Brewster County, Texas, requiring the selected facility to be strategically positioned to support helicopter operations while maintaining proximity to existing airport infrastructure. The lease may commence as early as feasible following contract award, indicating the Army Corps of Engineers has an immediate operational need for this specialized aviation facility in the remote West Texas location.
