Although this is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation documents are available, businesses that believe they can meet the requirements and possess relevant past experience may submit written notice with supporting evidence by 10:00 AM EST on October 6, 2025. All responses and inquiries must be submitted via email to Christian.rosadoramirez@va.gov, as telephone requests will not be accepted. Companies must demonstrate sufficient detail regarding their ability to comply with the maintenance and support requirements for the Biopoint Patient ID software system.
