About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center intends to solicit nationwide Tier II IT support services for the National Cemetery Administration (NCA) through a future Request for Quote, with a Sources Sought Notice response deadline of June 12, 2026. This is market research under FAR Part 10 to inform acquisition strategy; response is voluntary and carries no reimbursement, and submission does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or guarantee participation in any subsequent formal RFQ process. However, information gathered through this notice will significantly influence the VA's acquisition strategy.

The requirement covers approximately 216 geographically dispersed NCA locations nationwide, serving approximately 2,000 users and 1,000 to 1,200 end-user devices across the continental United States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. The Government seeks a hybrid, remote-first delivery model with centralized Tier II support and regional or dispatch-based onsite support, including Tier I/Tier II integration through ServiceNow ticketing, end-user device lifecycle management (Government-furnished equipment, contractor-furnished, or Device-as-a-Service options), remote troubleshooting and break-fix, peripheral and endpoint support, network triage, VoIP/VTC endpoint support, special-purpose systems triage, cybersecurity compliance support, and dispatch when remote resolution fails. The Government anticipates a six-month pilot before full deployment. Respondents must provide Rough Order of Magnitude pricing that separates fixed recurring services from variable cost drivers, staffing models, service level frameworks with response and resolution times, device strategy recommendations, travel and dispatch pricing, transition methodology, and performance metrics. Responses limited to ten pages. NAICS 541519. No set-asides anticipated.
