About this opportunity

The Department of Homeland Security US Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) has issued a Special Notice regarding the consolidation of two existing Cybersecurity Program Support Services (CPSS) contracts into a single contract. The new consolidated CPSS contract will be a non-competitive 8(a) set-aside award under the DHS 8(a) STARS III GWAC vehicle.

The purpose of this consolidation is to combine the scope of work from the previous P3CT I and P3CT II contracts, including new optional tasks, to provide program management, project support, information security governance, training support, research, strategic planning, and communications services to the USCIS Office of Information Technology (OIT). The consolidated contract is expected to result in cost savings and increased small business participation, as the previous incumbent contractors have outgrown their 8(a) status. The NAICS code for the new contract is 541519 - Computer Systems Design Services, and the anticipated award date is December 2024 with a period of performance from 03/16/2023 to 02/15/2025.
