About this opportunity

The Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice was published by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center to award a firm-fixed-price undefinitized contract action valued at not-to-exceed $2,750,000 to National Packaging Services Corporation. The sole source contract provides for expediting and expanding domestic production capacity of meltblown filtration media used in N95 respirators and ASTM level 1-3 masks through activating a new production line at the awardee's Green Bay, Wisconsin facility. The justification cites urgent national supply needs for these critical mask components during the COVID-19 pandemic as the rationale for the sole source award. The performance period is 15 months through October 2021.
