About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command has issued a Special Notice for the renewal of its annual license for Coverity software dynamic and static code analysis. The software is required to produce the necessary documents for the Approving Official to allow the use of developed software in the 705th Combat Training Squadron's secret enclave.

The purpose of this Special Notice is to inform vendors that the 705th Combat Training Squadron requires 10 Coverity software licenses to meet specific technical requirements. These include the ability to dynamically and statically scan produced software, integrate with the existing DevOps pipeline, ensure over 90% coverage of the MISRA C:2004 ruleset, provide OWASP testing for Python and Java web servers, track and manage DISA STIG compliance, and generate rich report outputs. Any vendors that believe they can meet these requirements are requested to submit a capabilities statement, proposal, or quotation by 11:00 PM Central Standard Time on August 4, 2024. The procurement will be issued as a sole source to a 2GIT BPA holder under NAICS code 513210, and the government retains sole discretion on whether to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses received.

Software will provide Open Worldwide Application Security Project (OWASP) testing for Python and Java web servers with JavaScript client-side code. Software shall provide robust tracking and management of DISA STIG compliance of developed software. Software will generate rich report outputs in markup language form and other human readable forms.
