The contract period runs from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2030, consisting of a one-year base period with four optional one-year renewals. Interested parties must submit capability statements via email to Katie Brown at kathryn.brown@fema.dhs.gov by 4:00 PM Eastern on December 1, 2025, demonstrating their ability to provide equivalent services on a national scale. Capability statements should be submitted as MS Word or Adobe PDF attachments and will be evaluated solely to determine whether the Government should conduct a competitive procurement.
