The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type with a mix of Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), and Cost Contract Line Items (CLINs), with no specific small business set-aside designated. The total ceiling for the five-year contract is estimated at $35 million, categorized under NAICS code 611519 "Other Technical and Trade Schools" with a small business size standard of $21 million. The Product Service Code is U008 for "Education/Training- Training/Curriculum Development", indicating a focus on technical skills training and curriculum development. The anticipated period of performance spans five years, during which the contractor will be responsible for standing up and sustaining a complete turnkey corrosion training facility.
