About this opportunity
The New Hampshire National Guard is seeking sources for Controlled Humidity Protection Dehumidification Unit Annual Service through this sources sought notice, which is not a solicitation but rather a market research effort to identify qualified contractors. The Department of the Army National Guard requires comprehensive on-site system checks at three armory locations in Lebanon, Littleton, and Nashua, New Hampshire, including visual inspections of dehumidification system components, air distribution systems, safety devices, and control systems. Contractors must possess appropriate licenses for servicing controlled humidity preservation units, comply with installation security requirements, and complete Awareness Training Level 1. The government will evaluate responses based on business size classification under NAICS 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors) with a small business size standard of $19.0M to determine the appropriate procurement methodology. Interested parties must submit responses by 12:00 PM EST on July 25, 2025, to casey.a.pridham.mil@army.mil, including work approach, labor categories, preliminary cost estimates, business size status, CAGE code, and unique entity ID.
This procurement has no set-aside designation and no current contractors or incumbents are identified in the notice. The contract involves a one-week performance period focused on preventive maintenance to extend equipment service life and ensure operational efficiency across the three New Hampshire armory locations. Contractors will be required to document all findings on Field Service Reports and may provide repair quotes for identified issues. The notice contains some inconsistent dates, referencing both July 25, 2025, and March 25, 2024, as response deadlines, though the primary deadline appears to be July 25, 2025. No specific contract value or budget range is provided in this sources sought notice, as the government is still determining the appropriate procurement approach based on market research responses.
