Added: Jan 27, 2014 1:46 pm Modified: Jan 27, 2014 2:58 pmTrack Changes Warner Robins - Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC) anticipates issuing a solicitation to obtain contractor logistics support for the Common Munitions Built-in-Test (BIT) Reprograming Equipment (CMBRE) System requiring the contractor to provide program management, technical support, logistics support, depot level repair, engineering services for obsolescence mitigation, and familiarization training for foreign military sales customers. This solicitation will result in the award of a requirements contract with a potential five (5) year, including one (1) year basic contract period, four (4) one (1) year option periods. This solicitation also includes the six (6) month option to extend services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-8. A mix of firm fixed price and cost reimbursable contract line item numbers (CLINs) will be utilized.

The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Alliant TechSystems Operations, LLC Defense Electronic Systems Division, CAGE: 06424, under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.

The solicitation is expected to be issued on or around 12 February 2014. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency however, NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE. All questions must be submitted via email to Nicole.Harris.14@us.af.mil and copy Travis.Simmons.3@us.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
