This posting constitutes an official Notice of Award. This award was
determined by the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in a full and open
competition source selection that was conducted in accordance with
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation,
as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation
Supplement (DFARS), the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation
Supplement (AFFARS), DoD Source Selection Procedures, Appendix C, 31
March 2016, and Air Force Mandatory Procedures 5315.3. The Award was
made to the lowest priced offerer whose proposal conformed to the
solicitation requirements and was found to be Technically Acceptable. The
Government organized the proposals in order of Total Evaluated Price and
evaluated the technical approach of the lowest priced offerer first. The
Government evaluated proposals in ascending order of price until two
technically acceptable proposals were found.

The Award was made to the lowest price of the two proposals without
further consideration to any other offers. While the Government strived for
maximum objectivity, the source selection process, by its nature, was
subjective; therefore, professional judgment was implicit throughout the
entire process. While the award was planned without discussions, the
government reserved and excercised the right to conduct discussions.
Offerers ensured proposals were made in accordance with the Attached Sections L & M. Please contact Contracting Officer Nick A. Costides at nicholas.costides@us.af.mil or 937-631-5283 for any inquires. Nick A. Costides and Contract Specialist Lydia Brush (lydia.brush@us.af.mil)  are the points of contact for this acquisition. Answers to any such questions/clarifications will be provided on the System for Award Management website at https://www.sam.gov.
