The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a contract modification on a cost only/cost plus fixed fee level of effort basis to General Dynamics - Advanced Information Systems, Inc. The resulting contract will also include other direct costs for support to engineers, program management, and some minimal hardware and potential software licenses.
