About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command has published a Special Notice related to a contract modification for Construction Site Services. The modification will extend the period of performance for various labor categories, including Site Support Manager (SSM), Construction Site Team (CST) Lead, Construction Assistance Group (CAG) Lead, CSTs, and CAGs, on contract N6817122P0209 from June 1, 2024, to November 30, 2025.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to announce the Government's intent to modify the existing contract to support changes in the construction and renovation project at Sigonella, Italy. The estimated value of the action is approximately $2.6 million. The Government intends to solicit from only a single source, Singularity Security Group LLC, due to the short duration of the specialized services, the tight turnaround time, and the need for continuity of personnel accreditation. All responsible sources are invited to submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations, which will be considered by the agency. The due date for submissions is April 18, 2024.
Notice text
The Government intends to modify contract N6817122P0209 to include additional periods of performance for SSM, CST Lead, CAG Lead, CSTs, and CAGS for the period of 01 June 2024 to 30 November 2025 as a result of changes to the supported construction and renovation project. The place of performance is Sigonella, Italy and the contractor is Singularity Security Group LLC. The estimated value of the action is approximately $2.6 million. The Government intends to solicit from only a single source pursuant to the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). The labor categories are within the scope of the basic contract. The short duration of these specialized services in an overseas location, the short turn-around time, and the continuity of management for personnel accreditation necessitate contracting with a single source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
