Notice text

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Philadelphia Office intends to procure, for the Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command (CNRF),Sponsorship Outreach Support Services hosted by Conrad Foundation . Conrad Foundation is the only organization that can host this type of Spirit of Innovation challenge. This challenge will give the Navy access to reach high quality youth via a national competition promoting education specifically STEM. The competition is open to eligible students between the ages of 13-18 and 51% of the target is female participants. Navy Recruiting Command has a vested interest in participating in this upcoming conference. Albeit, many organizations may propose they offer similar opportunities, they do not have the solid track record to provide a forum for awareness and anticipated future leads for recruitment potential.

The Conrad Foundation has the means and the community facilities to provide this services solely to address these qualified students and professionals. Further, per the percentage of females linked to this organization this is a grand opportunity for the Navy to support and participate not only for recruiting today’s women but also possible future ties for distance learning programs the Navy offers..

Navy must compete against several successful Fortune 500 companies for technically advanced students. Navy Recruiting Command’s Annual Conference Planning and Selection Board Strategically developed and select only those venues which deliver not only leads but awareness opportunities as well..

This is a sole source action to be awarded to Conrad Foundation .

Conrad Foundation is the only Vendor who can supply the required services for this acquisition. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
