Added: May 26, 2015 10:32 am The College of Distance Education (CDE), Naval War College has a requirement to conduct nonresident evening courses in the Washington, DC area from 1 August 2015 – 10 June 2016. Under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1) pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the product or services needed by the agency are available from only one responsible source or only from a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the agency. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based on market research and is solely within the discretion of the government.

The qualifications for this position are unique in that they require a combination of professional education, joint and naval warfare operational experience, familiarity with the Naval War College (NWC) missions and functions, and experience and competence in teaching the NWC curriculum at the graduate level using the NWC methodology.
