About this opportunity
This pre-solicitation notice seeks proposals for the repair or modification of 22 power conditioners identified as NSN 7H-6110-016504947. The procuring agency is the Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command. Interested parties must demonstrate the capability to meet qualification requirements at time of award. Proposals will be accepted through April 5, 2022 and will be evaluated to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
No set-aside will be used for this requirement. The work is identified under NAICS code 334290 for other communications equipment manufacturing and PSC code 2930 for generator and motor repair. As the government does not own the technical data or repair rights, this will likely be a sole source award to the original equipment manufacturer. Proposals are sought to determine if the repair can be accomplished for less than the cost of a new item or reverse engineering. The pre-solicitation provides no estimated value but seeks repair of 22 power conditioners.
