No set-aside designations have been applied to this procurement opportunity. The notice does not disclose specific incumbent contractors, estimated award values, or budget ranges for the BPA. The contract structure utilizes individual purchase calls under the BPA framework, meaning specific batch mixes, quantities, and detailed requirements will be determined on a case-by-case basis as needs arise from the Pittsburgh District's 22 navigation locks and dams and 16 multi-purpose reservoirs.
