About this opportunity
The United States Marine Corps is procuring concrete jersey barriers through solicitation M6700125Q1094, specifically seeking 10-foot concrete barriers in standard concrete gray color. The procurement includes detailed delivery requirements with an initial delivery of 10 barriers required within 60 days After Date of Contract (ADC), followed by remaining deliveries to be completed within 150 days ADC. The government will provide off-loading services using government equipment at the delivery location. The solicitation includes a comprehensive Questions and Answers section that clarifies key specifications, including confirmation that "Dove Gray" refers to standard concrete gray and that only 10-foot barriers are acceptable. The proposal submission deadline is September 5, 2025, providing vendors with a very short response window of two days from the posting date of September 3, 2025.
This procurement opportunity is designated as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside, restricting competition to qualified SDVOSB firms. The solicitation falls under NAICS code 327331 for Concrete Block and Brick Manufacturing and PSC code 5620 for Tile, Brick and Block products. Performance will take place in Jacksonville, North Carolina 28542, which corresponds to the Camp Lejeune area based on the delivery location references in the Q&A section. While specific quantities beyond the initial 10-barrier delivery are not explicitly stated in the summary, the delivery timeline structure suggests this is a multi-phase procurement with additional barriers to be delivered over the 150-day performance period. The point of contact for this solicitation is Patrick Kelley, who can be reached at 910-451-7937 for any additional inquiries.
