The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau), Community Treatment Services Contracting; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Sexual Offender Treatment services in Birmingham, Alabama. The services provided should within a 5 mile radius of the Birmingham City Hall located at 710 20th Street North, Birmingham, Alabama 35203 and within one-half mile access to local public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period expected to begin on October 1, 2020 with nine (9) one-year option renewal periods with service ending on September 30, 2030 (if all options are renewed). The following required services may be sub-contracted to other licensed contractors.

Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts in which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible businesses may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
