The contractor must deliver, assemble, and professionally install all equipment within four weeks of contract award, with a final deadline of July 31, 2026. Ancillary requirements include eight compatible electric dryer power cords, new stainless steel braided water lines, heavy-duty venting ductwork, and a minimum five-year manufacturer's or seller's warranty on all parts and labor.
Respondents must submit company information including DUNS/CAGE code, ownership status, and point of contact. Capability demonstrations must include facility capabilities, past experience on similar projects with contract details, identification of any precluding requirements, and confirmation of established market pricing under similar terms for both government and commercial customers.
