This is an unrestricted acquisition with an estimated value of $40 million.
Place of performance is Alexandria, Virginia. The contractor must deliver weekly standardized CSV data files containing company information and company-investor relationship data extracted from proprietary commercial databases, matched to government-provided entities using industry-accepted entity-resolution procedures. Entity matching must achieve a minimum 95% precision score and 60% true positive rate (recall). The base contract period runs August 11, 2026 through August 10, 2027, covering up to 7,000 active organizations; the option year (August 11, 2027 through August 10, 2028) covers up to 10,500 entities. Deliverables also include quarterly entity matching reports summarizing matched and unmatched entities, organizational changes, and data quality metrics. Data delivery is via Secure File Transfer Protocol using commercially accepted security practices. Payment is electronic via Electronic Funds Transfer through the Invoice Processing Platform.
Performance standards require on-time scheduled deliveries, conformance to specified data formats, and quarterly quality assurance audits using government-approved methodology. The NAICS code is 518210 (Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services) with a $40 million size standard. Evaluation prioritizes technical capability over price. Submit completed price quotations, technical demonstrations, and all required federal certifications and representations to Benjamin Patterson, Contracting Officer, at bpatters@nsf.gov.
