About this opportunity

The Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers intends to negotiate a level of effort increase to the current five-year ordering period of contract N61340-19-D-0006 to ensure continued engineering services support for Fleet Readiness Center Southeast while a follow on LOGEN support contract can be awarded. The services being procured are engineering and logistics technical support for the Naval Air Systems Command. The agency has determined that Andromeda Systems, Inc., as the incumbent contractor providing said services, is the only responsible source that can satisfy the requirement within the required timeframe due to its requisite knowledge, specialized engineering capability, resources, technical data, and qualified personnel.

The opportunity is set aside as a total small business and is being procured on a non-competitive basis under the authority that only one responsible source will satisfy the agency's requirements. Andromeda Systems, Inc. of Virginia Beach, VA is the potential incumbent. No award values or timelines for services were provided, though the current contract being increased is a five-year ordering period. The NAICS code is 541330 and PSC code is R425. Questions are due by August 17, 2021.
