The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, California anticipates issuing an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for the support and sustainment of Combat Environment Instrumentation Systems (CEIS) on the Test & Evaluation and Training (T&T) ranges. This is a follow-on effort to IDIQ contracts N68936-17-D-0010 through -0015. The contractor will be required to deliver new and reconfigured range instrumentation systems components and equipment, as well as perform sustainment and upgrade of those systems. The contractor shall support the design and integration of those systems into the T&T ranges, and modify or upgrade existing hardware and software systems. The IDIQ MAC is anticipated to have a ceiling of roughly $249.9 million. It is anticipated that there will be a combination of Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items to satisfy requirements. This procurement will be solicited under full and open competition per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.102(b). More information will be provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number N6893620R0116, to be posted in Contract Opportunities on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov/ and the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module on or about 1 July 2022, and will close 30 days from the RFP issue date.
