About this opportunity

The Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management Arizona Region seeks collision repair services for a 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty, with quotes due July 1 at 12:00 p.m. MST and questions due June 19. The procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 811114 (automotive repair and maintenance, $9 million size standard).

Place of performance is a repair facility within 200 miles of BLM's Tucson Field Office (3201 East Universal Way, Tucson, Arizona 85756), with vehicle delivery to and pickup from BLM's Phoenix District Office (2020 E. Bell Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85022). The vehicle has sustained significant front-end collision damage. The contractor must complete repairs within 10 business days of vehicle delivery and parts availability confirmation, restoring the vehicle to OEM-level structural integrity and mechanical safety per Ford OEM repair procedures and NHTSA guidance. Scope includes removal and replacement of front bumper assembly, grille, headlamps with aiming, radiator support, cooling and AC systems, hood and fenders, structural repairs including upper rail assembly and frame pull/measure, mechanical diagnostics, battery replacement, four-wheel alignment, and finish work including clear coat and corrosion protection. The contractor must provide all labor, OEM parts, equipment, materials, and facilities, along with OEM part warranties and standard collision repair labor warranties.

Period of performance runs July 1 to July 15. Evaluation uses four equally weighted factors: Technical Approach (High/Some/Low Confidence), Past Experience (High/Some/Low Confidence), Past Performance based on references and prior DOI work (High/Some/Low/Neutral Confidence), and Total Price (reasonableness evaluation under FAR 13, not scored). A site visit and vehicle inspection opportunity is scheduled June 25, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. MST. Quoters must be registered in SAM at submission and award. Service Contract Act wage determination applies (Pima County, Arizona, Wage Determination No. 2015-5473, effective May 13, 2026). The contract is a Firm Fixed Price award to the quote offering best value under FAR Part 12 for commercial items.
