About this opportunity
Paragraph 1:
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to gather market research on cognitive-behavioral programming in corrections. The RFI is seeking information on various aspects of cognitive-behavioral interventions (CBI) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) programs, including delivery modalities, program entry/exit, cultural and gender responsivity, facilitator qualifications, and recidivism/re-offense reduction. The RFI is exploring the feasibility and cost for developing a new open-ended CBI/CBT program that could include in-person, virtual, and train-the-trainer curricula. Vendors are asked to provide a cost proposal for developing such a program, and responses to the RFI are due by October 21, 2024. The government will not pay for any costs associated with responding.
Paragraph 2:
This opportunity is set aside for small businesses. The RFI does not mention any potential incumbents or current contractors. The RFI does not provide any specific award value or budget range information. The RFI is seeking information and is not a request for proposals, so no numerical details about quantity of goods or timeline for services are provided.
