About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a sole-source Firm Fixed Price contract to the Construction Management Association of America for a one-year organizational membership supporting professional development, standardized project delivery, and construction quality management initiatives by September 21, 2026. USACE justifies the sole-source rationale on the grounds that CMAA is the sole organization dedicated exclusively to establishing and governing Construction Management Standards of Practice and administering the Certified Construction Manager credentialing framework. The Corps will not issue a formal solicitation; instead, any firm believing it can meet the requirement must submit written notification to the Contracting Officer by September 21, 2026, with supporting evidence in sufficient detail demonstrating compliance capability. The Government will evaluate responses received but retains sole discretion to compete the procurement based on such responses. If no responses are received, USACE will proceed with awarding the contract to CMAA.
