The solicitation reference number is 75N95026R00002, and the notice was posted on November 18, 2025. This is not a competitive solicitation but rather a notice of intent to extend an existing relationship for clinical services. The government has determined through market research that Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is the only vendor capable of providing the required services. The intended contract period is January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, representing a 12-month extension.
The primary objective of this contract is to maintain and extend the clinical services and resources necessary for the NIDA IRP Clinical Research Program's ongoing operations.
