Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Consulate of the United States in Istanbul, Turkey will launch, via the Internet, a solicitation for cleaning services in the consulate. This is a fixed-fee contract for the supplies and services specified and effective for the period stated in the Schedule. The areas to be cleaned include carpeted areas of 3380 m2, marbled areas of 510 m2, wood floor areas of 250 m2, and hard surfaces of 1550 m2. In addition to these surfaces, there are 19 restrooms, 6 showers/baths, and 169 desks to be cleaned. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in the contract. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the U.S. Government.
All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in April 2014.
