Overhaul start dates are December 15, 2026 (Henry J. Kaiser), January 20, 2027 (Leroy Grumman), and May 25, 2027 (Joshua Humphreys). Funding is obligated from FY26 Operation and Maintenance appropriations to accommodate long lead times, with delivery intended for FY27. The Contracting Officer has determined the anticipated cost fair and reasonable under FAR 15.404-1(b)(2). Quotes must be e-mailed to Austin Amory (austin.m.amory.civ@us.navy.mil) in Adobe or Microsoft Office format, with the solicitation number N3220526Q7220 referenced. Anticipated award date is September 4, 2026. One or more items are subject to World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements restrictions.
